Knuckle Weights
Open-palm hand weights that keep your hands free.
Knuckle Weights are the ultimate open-palm hand weight from LaceUp. Designed that pads the palm like a weight-lifting glove while leaving your hand completely open to grip, catch, swing, and play. Wear them through a workout or straight through a game; nothing else lets you train and compete at the same time.
No stress on your fingers or thumb
Most open-palm weights put pressure between the fingers and thumb, cutting off natural hand movement. LaceUp's Knuckle Weights don't. The area between the fingers stays open, so your grip, dexterity, and fine motor control stay fully intact.
One piece of FLX Weight, built for real movement
A single piece of FLX Weight sits over the knuckles and moves and flexes with your fingers so no sagging, bulging, or shifting the way sand or shot-filled weights do. And because it's soft, it pads rather than bruises or chafes, unlike weights built around a metal bar.
Secure fit, any hand size
Three adjustable straps with one on the palm and two on the wrist hold Knuckle Weights in place on virtually any hand. The thin, padded open-palm design still lets you form a tight fist or grab objects without interference.
Built for sports that need your whole hand
Because your fingers stay completely free, Knuckle Weights are the preferred hand weight for tennis, basketball, bowling, paintball, and hockey plus running, aerobics, boxing, karate, and kickboxing, anywhere you need to make a fist or grab something mid-workout.
Beyond strength
Along with building arm strength and hand speed, Knuckle Weights push your heart to work harder across more muscle groups during aerobic training while supporting cardiovascular conditioning, stamina, and weight loss.
Two weights, one system
Available at 1 lb. per hand (2 lb. pair) or ½ lb. per hand (1 lb. pair), and can be layered with Wrist Weights or Ankle Wrist Weights for added resistance.
A note on youth sizing: if you're training kids in the 8+ range, we recommend starting light and increasing wear time gradually. A session or two at 30–60 minutes before working up to longer, more active use so they build up tolerance safely, just as you would with any new training weight.
