Each Hand-Wrist Weight features a 3 lb. single piece of FLX Weight sculpted to the curves of the hand, paired with 4 wrist pockets that hold up to 8 additional ½ lb. FLX Weight inserts. Supplied with 4 inserts, each unit weighs 5 lbs (10 lb. pair) and adjusts up to 7 lbs. per hand (14 lb. pair) with additional FLX Weights. That's real, scalable resistance you can grow into as you get stronger, not a fixed weight you'll outgrow.
